It would be too hard for any James Bond fanatic to forget how actress Shirley Eaton was murdered in the movie Gold Finger. Albeit her body painted from head to toe in golden colour, a six patch of skin was left unprinted on her stomach apart from maintaining a standby doctor, thanks to the popular belief that human beings breathe through their skins.

Until her biography came out in 2000, many even held the belief that her death was caused by 'skin suffocation'.

From Princess Diana to Sunanda Pushkar (the deceased wife of former UN diplomat and Indian Minister Shashi Tharoor), death of beautiful women have shown no miserliness in sparking rumours and that too, without any logical underpinnings.   

Sunanda's body was found in a hotel room and speculations have skyrocketed with Opposition even demanding an independent probe into the case. 

However, according to forensic experts, drug overdose could be one of the reasons behind death.

Tharoor himself, in a statement issued, had admitted that she was under medication after suffering depression.

Now the key word is 'depression'. A recent health survey revealed that high intake of estrogen can be a valid reason to cause depression.

This is apart from the physical disorders including different types of cancer, cardio-vascular issues, obesity and early puberty. 

In my understanding, broiler chicken is one of the primary sources of oestrogen, especially female ones, and if your are keen on preventing depression, you will have to relinquish the love for it. 

So next time, you visit a cold store, do ask for a male chicken instead of female ones. It is just a common sense, males have less oestrogen, and 'toxic chemicals' within them. 

Sorry for being gender biased, but, of course, we have to overcome depression, by any means.  

Gender differences may sound subtle, but it is high time consumers demand the requirement to be mentioned in the packets before they go for sale.  

I am pretty sure male chickens would fetch more price, nothing but implied economics. 

Meanwhile, a Hollywood scriptwriter can attempt a novel climax for a forthcoming Bond movie: "Killing the heroin by feeding her chicken." 

Of course, a standby doctor is a must ( not to be included in the script).
